The Lib Dem conference was on so it was hard to find anwhere decent however more than one night at the Prince Regent would be madness. Positives first nice flower trough at the front of the building. Thats it I'm afraid. A room on the 3rd floor (no lift) with a stair carpet that has more holes than Arsenals defence - Girls do not wear heels when climbing.
The en-suite was the smallest ever - it was possible to sit on the toilet and close the door - but not at the same time. The shower tray way stainless steel - like having a shower in a kitchen sink. The water pressure was pathetic. It was impossible to use a towel without risk of injury.
The most hilarious aspect of the room was the 1960s fitted wardrobe which had a hole cut in the side to house the tea/coffee stuff. The whole experience was so bad the wife and I got a fit of the giggles.More
