“An excellent hotel”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

At first glance as you approach it, you may be a little put off by this Premier Inn which, from the exterior, resembles a 70s-style concrete block. Internally, it is great. From check-in to check-out, the staff were great, the room was clean and the standard of breakfast was high. It is in a good central spot about 5-10 minutes from the station, a stones throw from The Lanes and 5 mins from the seafront. If you are heading to Brighton, this is a great place to stay.

My fiancee and I stayed here for one night on the 16/08/13. We have stayed here many
times before and as usual it was a very pleasant stay. Our room was comfortable with all
the usual P.I offerings. The location for the beach, shopping and eating out is excellent
If you use the NCP car park on Church Street make sure your you get your ticket validated by reception, as you get 25% off the normal 24 hour price.
If you want a really good value for money stay make sure you book well in advance!

just had 6 nights at the premier inn Brighton what a let down.thought that i would book premier as have stayed with this chain often and had always had a great time.premier Brighton is tired badly in need of a makeover.first thoughts of the room were tired.plasterboard nails starting to work there way out of the wall, bed was really uncomfortable the first night i could feel the springs through the mattress.fair call to the girl at reception got it changed for me the next day,but had to check as second mattress is only slightly better.the heating had a bad habit of coming on in the middle of the night not good when it's still mid teens outside.the cleaner need to try better supposed to have made room up but when i couldn't find remote was on bed under the covers strange am sure to make up bed u have to take covers off first.the cleaners in the toilet must be blind the mold behind the door on the silicone edge the loose toilet seat that needed a spanner to tighten it.the poo round the toilet that we had to clean .poor premier pull your sock up.

Room Tip: don't stay in 218

Central to everything. Checking in was great staff were friendly. Cleaning staff were thin on the ground though one day our room wasn't cleaned and another they appeared at 5pm to make the beds! When we checked out there wasn't a good exit conversation from the staff, no thank you for staying with us, did you enjoy your stay or have a nice journey home. Other than that the stay was your normal good premier inn style break.

A fantastic stay for many reasons. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food brilliant, the welcome warm, the room and facilities of good quality. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and still look forward to staying at Premier Inn, especially in Brighton.

Whenever we go away, Premier Inn is always the first place we look at for accommodation as it is consistent and consistently excellent.

Superb, central location and a great place to use as a base to explore from.
Brighton Premier did not disappoint - superb, spacious room, very friendly, attentive staff and a pleasure to stay there, Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!
