Telly and Suze made our stay very enjoyable. From amazing recommendations on restaurants in the area, to giving me some of his homemade hot sauce with breakfast. When we return to Brighton, we won't bother unless we can book a room with these two!

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this gorgeous B&B. Owners Suzie and Telly are very welcoming and oozing passion for their business. The decor is the prettiest and well thought out I have ever seen. I am just starting out in the shabby chic world and Telly was a massive help and full of ideas. He has done most of the decor work in the hotel and it's stunning. Breakfast was perfect and loads of choice. Ignore the average review and don't let it sway your decision, Susie and Telly will answer any queries you may have and will do their best to solve any problems if they are advised at the time!!!! Thanks for a lovey stay and we will be back!

Really lovely hotel with with beautiful decor and a warm welcome from Suzie & Telly. Delicious breakfasts and hosts helpful with planning your day. Great location as it's so near everything. We went to a fab restaurant nearby called 24 St George's. Enjoyed shopping around the lanes and loved looking at the Minis which were part of the London to Brighton run. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome from Suzie and Telly. Our room was clean, comfortable, beautifully presented and had everything you could need. The breakfast was excellent and as we had planned to spend the rest of our day in Brighton after we had checked out, they were more than happy to take care of our luggage until our return. At just a stones throw from the beach, with such lovely hosts, I could not recommend the Brighton Marina House Hotel more highly!

Room Tip: Room 4 - En suite & balcony with a sea view

This could very well be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything from the room to the service and breakfast was perfect to a degree that only a family owned hotel/B&B can offer. The hotel is located in a very cozy neighbourhood just east of the Brighton Pier. There is a lot of nice antique shops and flea markets nearby if you are into finding nice old stuff. When we go back to Brighton there is no doubt in my heart that we will choose Brighton Marina House Hotel again.

The hotel is centrally located close to Brighton Pier, The Lanes, the train station, misc. supermarkets, and the various great shopping streets downtown. Being fond of antiques we were happy to stay in Kemp Town which is a great place to find anything retro or antique. The hotel itself is very very cute and a perfect mix of old Victorian and newly renovated with care that we'd wanted to stay in while in Brighton.

Traveling one vegan and one concerned omnivore we especially chose the hotel due to it's adaptability in regard to our food choices. Every morning we were greeted by the warm and friendly owners, who would serve up the most varied and delicious full English breakfast adapted to our wishes and made right there and then on the spot. The vegan full English breakfast consisted of sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, crisp potato rösti, toast, a variety of juices, coffee/tea, soy yogurt, fresh fruit, and a variety of cereals. I really liked eating in a beautiful open kitchen and eating area that allowed us to chat with the owners and figure out our breakfast wishes of the day and getting great ideas for where to go and what to see. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and for a couple of picky eaters this was just a great way to start off some busy days in the vibrant city.

The room (no. 4) was really great. Clean, perfect size, and just as delicately decorated as shown on the pictures. We had a nice balcony from where we could see the sea and a big comfortable bed to sleep in. Being myself a bit concerned about germs in hotels I could relax completely here. Everything was nice and clean so I could relax and enjoy my stay to the fullest. Furthermore we really enjoyed that each room is different from the other and decorated with a mix of renovated antiques and new items. For me the surroundings play a huge part in how I experience a vacation, so it was nice to be able to pick and thus shape your trip beforehand. Wifi is always a huge plus as well.

All in all the nicest hotel I've stayed in to date. Great value for the money, but most importantly I fell very much welcomed with open arms. As a guest I greatly enjoyed the openness and readiness to make my stay memorable that we were met with. Thumbs up high and we'll definitely return! :)
