“Great relaxing stay”
Reviewed August 25, 2008

We had a very comfortable stay at the Brighton Pavilions Hotel. The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The en-suite shower room was also extremely clean and supplied with complimentary toileteries.

The concept of themed rooms works well and gives the hotel a real ambience. Breakfast was served quickly in a very comfortable dining area and the food was of a high standard.

The little things that made the stay memorable was that there are two doors from the stairwell into the room, which makes the room feel more private. Whenever we required anything, or had any questions, the staff were extremely friendly and never made us feel that they were inconvenienced.

Complementary refreshments and chocolate (mmm, yum) were provided and replenished daily in the small fridge and the facility to borrow a DVD and watch it in the comfort of your own room, or watch Freeview TV, meant that even if you didn't want to go out, you could entertain yourself.

The owners are extremely friendly and evidently take great pride in their business. A remarkably enjoyable stay at an affordable cost. We highly recommend!

Had a lovely weekend with my husband and daughter staying in the family suite. We were very surprised by the size of the rooms - a very large double and a single all joined at the top of the house. Our daughter (4 years old) didn't want to see much of Brighton - wanted to go back to her own room, with her own tv and her own fridge with complimentary soft drink and chocolate bars! The weather was pretty awful on the Saturday so actually did end up spending time back at the hotel but there was so much space it wasn't a problem. The breakfasts on both days were wonderful - left no space for lunch! We left the car parked all weekend (buying parking permits in advance) and walked into the centre either through Kemp Town or along the coast road - it did only take about 20 minutes and that was with a four year old in tow. We would definitely use this hotel again if we were to come back to Brighton and would recommend it to others. Five Stars!

This is our sixth year staying at this delightful hotel. With two children in tow many a hotel can be brusque to the point of rude. But Ken and Phil make the whole stay highly enjoyable with a friendly 'can do' attitude (sadly lacking in todays world). The themed rooms (of which we have sampled most!) are of the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness, and the hotel is situated within striking distance of the marina and the Pavillion. I would recommend this hotel to any discerning traveller who enjoys feeling rested and looked after.

This is the 6th time that I have stayed at the Brighton Pavilions Hotel and wild horses wouldn't get me to stay anywhere else when I'm visiting Brighton. Ken and Phil are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them to help make each guests stay perfect. Even if I'm only lucky enough to have had a couple of nights away it always feels like I've had a complete break away from the everyday stress of work. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and a feeling of relaxation is evident as soon as you walk into the rooms. The dining room is a quiet place in which to enjoy a delicious breakfast - once you've made up your mind what to have from the great choice of menu. My 7th visit is already booked for 2009 and I'm looking forward to it already.
I've found a little gem of a hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone taking a holiday in Brighton.

Well what can you say, The Brighton Pavilions was one of the most beautiful, comfortable B&B's that I have ever stayed at. The themed decor in every one of the rooms was simply fantastic, it made you feel like you were part of it. The proprietors Phil and Ken could not have been any nicer, they were very helpful and freindly and did not know what to do for you, they made my stay there very special. The location is also fantastic close to everything only a short walk away.
Once in a long while you hit upon a hidden treasure, The Brighton Pavilions is just that.

I would recommend the Brighton Pavilions highly.

Our expections were blown away by this beautiful B&B, the rooms are decorated in a theme that makes one feel special.
The rooms are spacious and very clean, the service was fantastic and the two proprietors could not be more helpful and warm. Breakfasts were great with a large variety of choices. The location could not be any better only steps away from the ocean and a few minutes walk to the Brighton Pier, shopping and all the sights in Brighton..
We will definitley be back, I would recommend the Brighton Pavilions to everyone.

This was our first time staying at this Hotel. We were intrigued by the themed rooms and decided to try the Garbo room. It was adorable. The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. We found the service at breakfast and the food to be of a very high standard. This is a pleasant and well presented Hotel that is very different to anywhere we have stayed before. We highly recomend that you go and stay there and find out for yourselves.
