We stayed at the Brighton Pavilions for two nights in the Titanic room. It was a great room, though the bathroom is quite small and in serious need of refurbishment. It was a bit dusty but clean where it counts. The breakfasts were standard but the location good and the service great.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed Titanic Pavilion but hoped you understood that the bathroom is necessarily sized so not to take too much space from the traditional Regency bow fronted bedroom. I do find it hard to understand what might need ‘serious’ refurbishment in this bathroom, having recently replaced all the access panels, spruced up the tiling and reconditioned the Mira shower unit? We pride ourselves on our standard of cleanliness which most of our reviewers commend and hope you didn’t hurt your knees too much when looking for that bit of dust!

I really cannot rate or praise the Brighton pavilions highly enough, The hospitality and kind professionalism of the owners along with their diligent and helpful staff made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the facilities and my room were of the highest standard as was the wonderful breakfast that stood me in good stead to enjoy the marvellous surroundings of Brighton that the ideal location of the hotel provide so easily .The affordable price did not compromise the level of service that was delivered and I look forward to my next relaxing care free stay .

This was our first stay at Brightons Pavillions, and it was a joy. We were upgraded to the Titanic room on arrival, which had a four poster bed. Our room was big enough for a table and chairs, and breakfast was served to us in our room each morning, meaning we did not have to get dressed for breakfast (bath robes were provided for modesty purposes) - we felt like royalty! The owners were so friendly, and very helpful providing maps and information on the area. The location was perfect; close to the sea and Kemp Town, and a short walk to The Lanes. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was luxurious. We have stayed in a fair number of hotels in Brighton over the last three years and this was by far the best.
Thank you so much to Ken and Phil for a lovely weekend, we will be back!.

Me and my friends returned last month for another few nights. The owners are SO blooming warm, friendly, caring and amenable. It's like seeing members of our own family! We have stayed numerous times, usually in the family room. Beautifully clean, not noisy, lovely breakfast and best of all, it's run by the wonderful Ken and Phil!

After trawling the web for somewhere special to take my girlfriend for a birthday getaway, I come across The Brighton Pavilions and I am so glad I did! Even booking over the phone was a pleasure as they were so helpful in recommending restaurants & places to visit. We stayed for one night & the while stay was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, even booking the cab for me & pre warning the driver not to mention where we were going so not to ruin the surprise restaurant i'd booked! We stayed in the Titanic suite which, with it's four poster bed, was a lovely room & breakfast delivered to our room the next day was much appreciated as it meant we could lounge around in our robes & make the most of our stay. Both of us had an amazing time, thank you Ken & Phill... we will definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Another lovely stay at Brighton Pavillions with my friend at this lovely clean and friendly B&B in a perfect loc and short walk to the beach. This is about my 8th stay and I always feel totally relaxed. Lovely breakfast, great sleep on comfortable bed.Got myself a double room with ensuite (well worth the extra). I have worked my way around nearly all of the lovely themed rooms and looking forward one day to staying in the Titanic or Royal Pavilion rooms. Ken and Phill the owners always make you feel welcome and the staff are always friendly. Brighton has so much to offer with it's Culture, entertainment, great choice of restaurants, there is so much to do.
Can't wait to go back to Brighton Pavillions on my next trip-Highly Recommended!!
