It's one of those few places in Brighton where you know you are getting real coffee. Cakes and sandwiches are freshly baked on site and delicious!! I've been here many times and the staff it's been always very kind and helpful (everyone may have a bad day, that doesn't mean they're rude or unhappy!) LOVE IT!

I have been a Moksha customer for years now and couldn't be without my daily coffee fix from this brilliant cafe! Their coffee quality is very consistent and you can tell that each member of staff know what they're doing when it comes to preparing coffees.

The cakes are amazing, always prepared on site, fresh and simply delicious with lots of seasonal treats available (come Christmas and the whole place fills up with wonderfully comforting winter warmers and cakes to accompany them!). Try the carmel shortbread, my all-time favourite :-)

But what I think that really makes Moksha so special is the atmosphere that you won't get anywhere else. The specious interior makes it very easy to relax with your cup of coffee and a newspaper - you don't get that weird feeling of being watched by members of staff for when you're done so that they can get on with it.

All in all I couldn't recommend Moksha enough.

Been coming here for a while now and all the time I get a good coffee and a nice toasted panini. Lots of filling variaties, quiche, salads, cakes, cookies etc. Plenty of seating, outside too and friendly staff. Paintings / drawings on display by local artists which are for sale.

Good selection of coffees and cakes at good prices as far as coffee shops go. They also offer 10% student discount.
