This has to be my favourite place to visit in Brighton. A small intimate venue, made special by the fabulous host! A night full of laughs and fun surprises.

I wish I lived in Brighton - then I'd get to go to Bom-Bane's more often. This is a fabulous little cafe with lovely staff, great food and unique tables (I won't spoil the surprise). And then there are the music evenings which are such fun and so enjoyable It never fails to please.

I visited Jane's restaurant for an informal birthday meal with friends. Her hospitality and personal touches made this a truly memorable event. Reasonable prices, delicious food, singing (who knew the second verse of Happy Birthday?) and a delightfully bonkers venue. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I came here for a food and music night and it was probably one of the best nights I've had in a restaurant. Eating good food whilst being told musical stories and having someone sing beautifully right next to you is a unique experience and I highly recommend it. (Shame that someone stole the revolving jane bom-bane head from outside)

A quirky cafe owned by musicians. Truly delicious food and a great range of drinks. Jane Bom-Bane and all staff were hugely welcoming and there was no pressure to leave. Extremely entertaining - mechanical tables which do different things, songs, stories, crosswords and wall art. Would definitely, definitely, definitely go back.
