My partner booked a vip experience with the prospect of a proposal. We arrived to sit in the tent only to be told that our ticket had already been used earlier in the day. We provided the booking card and driving licence to prove we were the purchasers of this ticket and were told that we could not ride nor would a refund be provided. The fraudster using our ticket not only had arrived two hours earlier than the stated booking times (going against the company's own terms and conditions) but had also arrived not having provided a valid ticket (going against terms and conditions set yet again) the response and customer service lacked empathy or willingness to empathise and so we were penalised and left without either a ride or refund. I am thoroughlly disgusted by the treatment we received and will not be closing the matter here until we receive a full refund.
