“Great fun night”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

I have eaten here many times and always have a good evening. There were sixteen of us this weekend. The staff are always wonderful welcoming and attentive. If anything is wrong they do their upmost to right it. A lot of our party were in their late teens and this was their first experience of Opera. Some at first were embarrassed by such 'up close opera' but soon embraced it wholeheartedly.
The food is VERY reasonable although a bit hit and miss some dishes ie the prawn cocktail is a joke others ok to very good indeed.
This place offers an experience with its wonderful decor, great staff and entertainment it makes a great fun night out without breaking the bank.

“Loved every inch of every element of this amazing place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

My husband and I visited on a Friday as we wanted to experience the live opera but to be honest t was so lovely we'd go back any time. The portion sizes were excellent, enough to enjoy but not too big that you felt you'd overindulged! The goats cheese starter was divine and the slow roasted lamb just stunning. The singer was fantastic and ensured she circulated well so that all diners could enjoy the experience. We really enjoyed the luxury of a balcony view too! I could fault nothing at all! Thank you so much, we will be back very soon.

“What an experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

We went here for a hen do a few days ago, and it will certainly be a night that none of us will forget! The food was great, and for a party of 12 or more you get 3 courses for £10, which was excellent value. The food itself was lovely and the cheesecake portions were absolutely huge!

The opera singer was so much fun - a little scary, but we didn't stop laughing.

Little Bay is such a unique and fun experience - if you want to have an unforgettable and totally hilarious evening this place is an absolute must!

“dont bother”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 15, 2013

We went to little bay friday evening. Staff very friendly and attentive and opera singer excellent. The place very romantic and lovely design. The food let the whole evening down. They advertise hand cooked chips in goose fat they are in fact frozen chips. I had confit duck and it was boiled and grey. My son had pork which was tough and all bones my husbands lamb was good but tiny amount. Im sure the mash potato was indeed smash. The desserts are shop bought frozen desserts. The coffee was cold. Would not return.

“.....and now for something different!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 15, 2013

My birthday treat was a real surprise. Even when we arrived at the restaurant, I had no idea what I was about to experience. Theatrical decor; dimmed lighting to supplement the candle lit tables; some steep steps up to an elevated balcony; and there, already seated, a group of friends who had kept me from knowing about this secret rendezvous. Well done everybody !
But that wasn't the end. I ate well, and drank plentifully, and sang along (loosely speaking) with an opera singer whose boundless enthusiasm for entertainment took him into athleticism and humour. Great fun!
Thank you, Kevin, for organising a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and thank you to all my friends for sharing it with me. We must go to Little Bay again.
