I have only been to Brighton once and decided a trip along the pier would be fun? I wasn't dissapointed, it really is a nice stroll with quite a lot see and do. The shops, bars, food stands and fun fair were all very good for all ages. Also, 'Free' deck chairs along the pier for all to use. Definately a fun trip...

Always fun to visit. Lots of things to do. Gamble a little, have a snack or ice cream, a beer or a coffee. Definitely worth visiting when in Brighton.

It's a unique and lovely pier with all sorts of fun attractions and rides, with a great view up and down that beautiful coastline. It is spectacularly lit up at night and is a great tourist attraction. A lovely tall white cliff can be seen in the distance toward the East.

We went on a glorious 'summer's' day in early October, the atmosphere on the pier was superb. Fish and chips alfresco followed by some rides for our three year old. All in all very very enjoyable, although ludicrously expensive.
A family of 4 on the log flume (not the greatest ride ever) would cost 16 tokens - each token is £1 or you can buy 30 for £20. Even the cheaper option would cost over £10. Scandalous. Even an accompanied child on the carousel cost 4 tokens between them.
Excellent views from the top of the helter skelter, worth paying the one token just to see them!!
