Reviewed October 5, 2013 via mobile

Lucky enough 2 have boat in marina. Such a relaxed atmosphere.huge choice of restaurants that will cater for all tastes, look out 4 my individual reviews.. 4 the fun loving theres watersports I recommend going on the rib, bit pricey cost £50 for 3ads 1 chd..could of gone faster & stayed out longer..overall good fun! U also hv bowling alley, cinema, casino although shoppings a bit disappointing quite a lot of empty units.
If your just looking 2 chill out & enjoy good food with exceptional views..marinas perfect ..

“Come on Brighton, get your act together!”
Reviewed September 28, 2013

Visited the Marina on a recent trip to Brighton accessing it via the Volks railway.
The train journey was fun but when you get to the Marina end there is a walk through a drab underpass, an unpleasant walk across a bleak concrete hinterland then a stroll through a dingy multi story car park all with poor signposting.
The marina itself is just a row of the usual chain pubs and restaurants with some boats, not worth the unpleasant walk to get there.
The boardwalk leads back to the top of the multi story car park, ok if you have parked there but rubbish to a pedestrian, again poor signposting as to the way out
My advice, go on the Volks train but at Black Rock take the return journey.
If you must go to the Marina ( and I really wouldn't bother) go by car

“Coffee time”
Reviewed September 27, 2013

Nothing to dislike. Shops, boats, resataurants, cafes - what more do you want at a Marina. Bus No. 7 from Brighton centre very frequent and is about a 15 minute ride.

“Okay to pass an hour or so”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

Its a bit like a shopping center near a Marina, lots of bars and restaurants, Pizza Express, American diner etc. The views are alright but certainly not stunning.

Modern marina, the retail shops are pretty basic and several empty units.

Not worth a day out or special trip.
