Upon checking in, the elevator/lift was out of service, and being on the fourth floor made for some unexpected cardio having to be done, but the room was immaculate, the TV was state-of-the-art, and the view of the city was lovely. We only stayed for two nights and wish we could have stayed longer - the bar downstairs allows for drinks to be brought up to the room; that along with the mini-fridge came in handy. Breakfast is served until 11:30am, which saved us from rushing to wake up for it, and the full English was very nice as well. Definitely would stay again - being on the top floor, it was totally quiet, and going down on a Wednesday club night still didn't seem to be too crazy at all. Brilliant.

Room Tip: Full English breakfast is great, free wifi in the rooms as well.

We checked in with very fun friendly staff who made us feel very welcome.
We were in room 109, it was massive, a lovely bright room and very very clean. The bed was massive which is always a plus side. (The lift was out, but its only for 3 weeks & we were only on first floor so no problem). Breakfast was nice and plentyful with lots of choice. The hotel is situated above its own club so over weekends there will be noise, but its didn't keep us up when we staggered in at 2.30am. All in all, a great location great value for money, and if you book direct with them you get 10% listed prices so you can not go wrong. Can't wait to head back!

Booked through trip advisor without visiting the website, so not quite as expected, but the food was good, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was great, very large and a nice clean double bed.
The main problem is parking in Brighton, and the cost of parking. Allow £20 per day, if you can find a space, it's a nightmare!

Room Tip: Elvis presley room is huge.

Stayed overnight in room 207, was welcomed by the bar team. We arrived early, perfectly fine to leave your belongings before check in. Our room looked over the beach, sea and pier. Was beautiful. Very clean and little room, comes with amenities such as kettle with tea and coffee, all bathroom bits, hairdryer, even a little iron and ironing board. The only thing was that the room had a bright street lamp right outside our window so had to close the curtain! You can here the music and club downstairs and underground slightly but we were on second floor so was fine really. If you are on first, it may be little louder..

Breakfast was all goos in the morning. Just what you need. Toast, cereal, yogurt and juice or/and a fry up. All very efficient :)

Generally a really nice stay and straight couples welcomed x

i have visited this and other Brighton Bars and this is to me far better than many others. There is no attitude from the staff who are polite, welcoming and often amusing, unlike some close by bars where some consider themselves a notch above the clientele. It is spacious clean and has a small but good tasting and varied menu always produced to a good standard.. The only negative is that from time to time food will not be available when advertised as such. Lovely, and often colourful sun terrace.

This is a fun place to stay, and has the added attractions of a good bar area and night club. So you do not have far too go if you are too lazy to check out the other bars and clubs which are mostly only a few minutes away.

The breakfast is good too!

However if you are looking for a quiet hotel, with a good nights sleep, you will need to go elsewhere, or to take a good supply of ear plugs with you, as there is quite a lot of noise and activity at night.

Room Tip: .Rooms at front of hotel have great sea views, but are quite noisy as on the main Brighton road
