Great location-very easy to find, a very short walk to everything Brighton has to offer. Beautiful bijou B&B-smart decor, very comfortable beds ( slept like a log) Room 8. Sea view from the window. Excellent service-friendly and proffesional. Delicious breakfast cooked by Andy and suberb service from Matt . Lovely breakfast room. Wished we could have stayed longer- and guess what great value too!

We have just returned six nights at The TwentyOne, it was very good indeed,
I dont look for faults when on holiday, but if i did, i would be hard pressed to find any here.
The welcome, service, room, bathroom, shower, cleanliness, breakfast, facilities, bar ... in fact everything is spot on,
These guys running the TwentyOne really know how to hit the spot when it comes to providing a high standard, without appearing to try.
The result is a very relaxing, and restful holiday, which is what i certainly what i needed when i checked in,
This was our second visit, and it seemed better, if thats at all possible, than when we first came here in 2009.
We visit some pretty good hotels on our travels, and I honestly think this is the best B&B we have ever found,
Matt & Andy, we will be back.

Just returned from the 21 which was an Xmas gift to my husband with tickets to see Frankie Boyle at the Dome. Nice & quite but within walking distance to everything. Although it was a small double room it was extremely clean and sumptuous, bed comfortable and beautiful touches. The complementary beer/wine and sausage rolls on arrival was a lovely touch while they explained on a map where everything was. Breakfast was very tasty. Every detail was thought of. Best B&B we have stayed in.

Just got back from an overnight stay at The Twenty One with my two daughters and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is easy to find and we had no problems parking.
It is incredibly clean with vases of fresh flowers in the breakfast room and lots of little extras to make our stay more comfortable.
The breakfast was superb and our hosts utterly charming.
My girls loved it and want to go back as soon as possible.
Also just on the corner of the top of Charlotte street is Metrodeco,a fab art deco tea salon, great fun!
