We were down in Brighton for the day and passed this restaurant on our wanderings. It looked good and so did the food. Later we went back for a meal.

Two of us had the 2 course meal of mussels and bruschetta to start. These were very good large mussels in a thick tomato sauce. The bruschetta was lovely with fresh tomatoes and basil. For the main course we had cod morney and mussel linguine. The cod was tasty with a nice sauce and was served with new potatoes. The linguine was served with loads of mussels.

The only faults with this restaurant is the young staff seem bored even though busy and the blonde waitress just could not be bothered. The toilets are up two flights of very steep stairs do be prepared for a climb.

Saw advert display in town for good fish and chip restaurant and hoped for a true seafood experience. Should have walked immediately as lady was rude to my family the moment we crossed the threshold. I made allowances as today was extremely hot, unfortunately, the food was rotten, I was going to refuse to pay and made my feelings known to the waitress who was a young girl doing her best in difficult circumstances. The rude person was certainly no lady and perhaps she deliberately wants to sabotage custom otherwise why would you behave like an absolute pig to paying customers and serve awful food? Will report her to trading standards, rude, obnoxious,
Food is terrible. Had the cheek to say this restaurant was for business men. I really don't think so!

We thought: it's busy: it must be a good restaurant. Ordered 2 different fish dishes. When it was delivered: cold, no taste, minimum of fish, no taste, expensive, unfriendly service. What a disaster. Our tip: never go for diner there: Burgerking or McD has more/better quality.
