Had lunch at Breeze Brasserie yesterday. It was recommended by friends, and was even better than I expected. My friend and I both started with the prawns with ginger/garlic/chilli/coriander - yummy. Then he went on to the belly of pork while I had a really super confit of duck with lentils - very succulent and with lots of delicious flavours. Finally, it was on to banoffee pie and lemon tart, both very good. We took several hours over this, in very comfortable and relaxed surroundings. This is now my number 1 restaurant of choice in Brighton.
