Great Location and we couldnt fault the hotel either. We had 2 rooms booked, a standard and a superior. Both rooms were clean and had lovely boutique furnature. Shower and baths were in the same room, which isnt idea for a group of 4 girls, but we rather that then have to go to one of the private bathrooms in the corridor.

Probably a hotel more suited for couples, but its great value and great location and I would go back there again.

One thing we did wonder though....why is the building yellow??? It should be Pink!!!

Room Tip: I stayed in room 7 and friends in room 9! Very spacious with your private bathroom too. Would defini...

If you want something flashy, with all the modern luxuries, then this isn't the hotel for you. If you want somewhere friendly, clean and comfortable to spend the night then this is definitely worth a look!
My husband and I were traveling to Brighton for a weekend, and started looking around for deals and suitable hotels. We eventually decided on this one, and very glad that we did. Cost about half the amount other hotels were charging, and turned out to be a great choice. It seemed to us that it was family run, and the lady that dealt with our booking, and checked us in, was very friendly.
The room was small, but had everything we needed, with ensuite toilet and shower, tea and coffee making facilities, small table and chair, and a tv.
The location was great. You could see the seafront from the front door, we were directly behind the big wheel and the pier, and the main strip of bars and shops was only 5-10 minute walk.
There were some rooms that had private bathrooms, that werent ensuite - so you had to leave the room to use the bathroom - which i wouldn't have liked to have, but i'm sure you could request an en suite upon booking.
Would definitely recommend them, and would happily stay there again if i were to visit Brighton again.

Over priced for what it is. Could have a five star all inclusive holiday abroad for the price we were charged. Upon entering the pink pavillion we we expected to stand in a small cramped hallway with heavy bags in hand as the lady demanded the remainder of our balance. We'd barely had chance to step over the threshold. Argumentative and abrupt!!!! Worst experience I'd had in a long time.

The rooms are a nightmare. Small, dirty and uncomfortable. The sink is next to your pillow and the toilet is outside the room in another floor.
I stayed for 2 nights with my wife and we can't wait to leave it and go somewhere else. Also the rooms are very cold. Avoid it!!!

the hotels website is very misleading, in reality the rooms are not how they apperar on the website. Rooms are very small with very low celings, we were put in the attic room for £ 65 a night. The private bathroom is on another floor, the shower leaks and floor slops so anything you put on the floor gets wet, there are no hooks to hang towels up. There was popcorn under the bed and the walls are very thin. The tv did not work as the plug made a crackiling sound. The only good thing I can say is that the the location is very good and the pillows are soft. Also the owner of the grand union b and b next door was very rude.

Based on most reviews written here we were expecting this to be a miserable experience. We had only read reviews on the site we booked on, but then the day before we were due to leave came to this site to see some more pictures etc.

After reading other peoples reviews I had very low expectations but like what was advertised the two biggest positives about this B&B were obviously 1 being the price followed by the location.

Our room was located on the top floor with a sea view and a 2 minute walk to the pier. Our room was clean and we had a nice big bath. Obviously this is not the place to go if your with a friend as the baths & showers are in the bedrooms, it does however advertise this on their website.

The only negative I have about the B&B is that I was told in advance I would be given a permit to park outside but this was not the case when I arrived, however I did find a car park around the corner where I could renew my ticket every 24hrs.

All in all we both had a pleasant stay and would return. I feel it would have been churlish to actively hate something so low budget as this. If you want the ritz then PAY MORE!

Room Tip: Book over the phone and ask for details on your room.

The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the pier, ten minute walk from downtown city and lots of restaurant around. The room was very clean (a bit small but ok), very nice decorated for the price and friendly people. Downside: There is no breakfast..
