I arrived with a bicycle and got upgraded to a double on the ground floor where I could store it in the room. The hotel is in boho chic Kemp Town where there are good pubs and cafes. For this town and location it is a good bet.

Bright Breeze Hotel What a joke, I accompanied a friend to the UK for her to have very expensive Medical treatment, So in order to save some money I looked

around for a cheap but descent hotel. Boy was I fooled by there website. Bright Breeze Hotel Situated in an excellent location, the hotel is in the heart of fashionable

Kemp Town, only 20 meters from Brighton seafront Bla bla bla and the rest of the bla bla bla.
It had nice photos of the room obviously a professional photographer with a wide angel lens to make the rooms look bigger than what they really are nice bedding

and all, when we arrived we where led to what was supposed to be an office, and we where asked to pay, Yes I was a fool, I paid, I was so tiered all I wonted to do

was get something to eat and go to bed. Then we where shoed our rooms, first mine witch is the single in the photo. then to my friends room witch was freezing and

very small and narrow so narrow that there was barley 6 inches from the side of the bed to the wall, any way we complained about the heating and he sad he will fix it.

so we went out for a meal and when we came back there was a baby heater witch could hardly heat the room.In my room was a different story, there was a terrible

smell, so we complained and we where tolled that there where no other rooms available so we sad we are not sleeping there and we are going to look for an other

hotel. We where told it was going to be difficult to fined a hotel because it was Saturday night, but we where lucky we found one across the road at the Marina House

Hotel .So we got the only room they had witch was a lovely double room for just 35 ponds each a night. The next day I went to clame our money back and I talked to

Chris the owner on the phone. and he sad he had to charge me for cancelation and I agreed as I had no intension of wasting my time arguing.I had paid by visa and

he sad he will reimburse me my 270 Ponds. its almost a year now and I have not seen a penny I tried to stop the bank from paying but they sad that I had signed the

papers and its to late.So there you are Brighton Breeze Hotel is the worst hotel I ever bean to.Photos of the rooms are attached notice the the bedding and the

bathroom door handle. One word of advice don't pay until you see what you are getting.

Room Tip: Don't even think about it.

Stayed for 10 nights. Having read this before I went was bit concerned. Was absolutely fine as a base. Bedding crisp and white. Room small but adequate.Shower cubicle was fine lots of hot water and good pressure. Room was cleaned every day. Had no need to contact owner during stay. could do with a coat of paint but was only £30 pn
Parking was expensive but that was the same all over Brighton.Excellent location.
Tv was new with freeview.Radiator in room which was efficient with thermostat.
.wifi available but poor signal. All in all you get what you pay for.

Genuinely have stayed in nicer hostels. The hotel was booked as it was one of the cheaper offerings and therefore our expectations were not high, however this place is awful. The reception is only open for a limited time over the weekend and checkout is at 10.30 on a Sunday. Upon walking into the room there is a terrible smell, you are then greeted with a stained bed and after sitting on the bed I felt I would have a better nights sleep on the floor! The location is ok, not overly central but we expected this, however parking for 24 hours is a good mile away! Overall I am highly disappointed with the hotel and feel it is over priced even for a cheap place.

Stayed at the Breeze for one night to attend Patti Smith concert at the Dome. Hotel is in Kemptown just off the front about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the town centre. My room was comfortable, single bed, decent furniture, TV (which I didn't use) and ensuite. Some people might object to a few small areas of mould in the corners of the shower but I'm not that fussy or unrealistic at these prices. Only real problem is parking as the hotel has none and all nearby street parking (if you can find it) is metered until 8pm. I had to stay near the hotel feeding the meter until 6pm before I could head into town. The hotel does not offer breakfast but I found a typical small cafe nearby (after feeding the meter again) for a hearty breakfast.

We stayed here in the last weekend in august and was unsure after reading the reviews on here! The hotel is in an ideal position near to seafront and nightlife, rooms small but adequate, the room was cleaned everyday. Shower was small but sufficient! Overall not bad value at all
