“Stunning in the sunshine”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

We went over the Valentine weekend and there was a marathon on the sunday. What a sight. The sun was shining and the different colours of the runners along the beach was amazing. Lovely clean beach for romantic stroll.

“who cares if its pebbly?”
Reviewed February 12, 2013 via mobile

ok, the beach is pebble, not sand. if your an aussie, or floridian, I'll tell you that now. but!, its full of english seaside tradition and charm. always try and pay a visit to the pier, and walk along the prom. there are a wealth of cafes and clubs of varying prices and quality to choose from, a traditional merry go round, very good fish and chip place right by it too. also trampoline bungees, fresh fish/shellfish stalls, a historical smokehouse, museum, the brighton eye (like the london eye, but little smaller) the worlds oldest open aquarium near by, you can also hire sea kayaks. look out for the art shops/galleries too. I love love love brighton! also the beach is normally very clean. if you want to have a free deck chair by the way, go to the pier. lots of amenities close to hand, music to listen to . also free wifi beach/pier.

“Good walks in the winter sunshine”
Reviewed February 10, 2013

Not too busy (in winter). We had a couple of lovely walks along the beach in the sunshine.
We did come across a bit of dog poo (dogs are allowed on the beach in the winter months), so maybe look where you are stepping when walking along the beach!
