I'm genuinely surprised with the reviews saying how good the food is here. It is distinctly average, you can tell they use pretty cheap ingredients and the menu is pretty 1980s if you ask me. Given that it's not great value but you won't spend a fortune either. I do, however come here a lot. The staff are exceptionally pleasant, there's a great atmosphere and it's open at tea time, so is a good place to take the kids midweek if you don't fancy cooking. The kids like the pizzas and the balloons and the staff always raise a smile. By no means the taste of Italy, but a very friendly, warm place to spend an hour or two.
