We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Longleat. Our first impressions were positive and the staff were a credit to the hotel. Kerry at reception was excellent. She telephoned our room, 10 minutes after we checked in, to check that we were happy with everything. The pool was lovely and warm and extra towels were provided. Breakfast was good and we ate in the hotel restaurant on one evening and our meal was very enjoyable. Our bathroom was a little dated but all in all we found this hotel to be very friendly and overall good value.
