Not to be missed. A fantastic house with original furnishings from over 100 years ago. Lots of great exhibitions too. And a nice coffee shop.

A second visit and a wonderful oasis. Made up for the grief I had next door at the royal bath hotel. Staff and museum perfect and lots for children too. Can't wait to go back.

I loved this place, and its FREE to go inside, lovely paintings, and figures, with a coffee shop where you have home made cakes

I have been visiting for years and yet always discover something I.ve missed. It is truly superb, and I can remember attending day courses there. You can read Lady Russell Cotes letters from Russia and Sweden at Bournemouth library if you ask. It is closed on Mondays.
