We are very sorry that your experience with us was not what you were hoping for. On this occasion the lamb dish was rejected and our team therefore on your request replaced this with a chicken dish. As all our dishes are cooked fresh to order, we do apologise for the waiting time. Our staff were very apologetic and deducted £25 off the bill without quibble. I can assure you that we are very disappointed that your experience with us was not of the standard you would usually expect or hope for.
