Booked a weekend to use a voucher. I was very impressed at the comfort and welcome.Everything was clean and fresh. There was plenty on the refreshments tray in the bedroom and spare bedding in case it was needed.
Full breakfast was excellent and non greasy, one of the best I've ever eaten. There was also plenty of tea, filter coffee, toast, choice of cereal and fruit juice and yogurt.
Debbie showed her experience when dealing effortlessly with guests with limited English, unexpected dietary restrictions and gave advice about local attractions.
Although parking was tight, there was room for everyone. I would happily recommend Rosscourt.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front have some traffic noise, we were advised to leave open the ensuite window at the...

My husband and I stayed at the Rosscourt for two nights. We were very impressed by the warm welcome from Debbie. Addressing all the guests by first name makes it a homely environment. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is fantastic. Debbie has good relationship with some of the local restaurants hence when eating out you continue having that personal service. The discount card is handy.- Highly recommended

We stayed here for 2 nights on a KGB deal which made it excellent value. Unfortunately the wrong postcode was given on the confirmation email we received after booking so our satnav guided us to Poole but a phone call to Debbie put us on the right track. Parking was a little difficult in the confined spaces at the front of the hotel, but any free parking is a bonus in Bournemouth. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable and Debbie was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely apart from the sausages (sorry, just not for us) with separate tables in a bright room with separate tables. If staying here, make sure you visit Chaplin's, a unique bar and garden just around the corner offering a great atmosphere, nice food and live music. We have family in Bournemouth and visit regularly. We would be happy to stay at Rosscourt again especially if there was a similar deal available.

Stayed with my sister & 2 daughters for 2 nights on KGB deal. Debbie & Pete were very welcoming and couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome. Very clean with decor and furnishings to high standard. Very good breakfast. Handy for Bournemouth and close to Boscombe beach. Will stay again and recommend to friends. Only slight criticism is the very busy road - if you like sleeping with the window open it can be noisy but closed it instead!!!

Room Tip: If they have one at the back I would chose that next time rather than road facing.

My friend and I stayed recently for a two night stay, and couldnt be more pleased. The room was very clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The breakfast was more than ample and the owners very friendly and helpful. Good access to Bournemouth and surrounding beaches, about ten mins by car or plenty of buses. Boscombe beach very close although an uphill climb at the end of the day. Will certainly recommend to friends, and wouldnt hesitate to return to Rosscourt guest house in the furture.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a KGB deal. We had a very warm greeting from Debbie and shown to our room which was lovely. Nice size with a comfy bed and big tele. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to Boscombe beach (20 minutes coming back up the hill though) and 10 minute drive to Bournemouth (or you can walk there along the seafront in about 30 minutes). The B&B is on a main road but the double glazing is good so not disturbed through the night with the traffic (although we did hear the bin men at 6.45am).

Breakfast was excellent and there was lots of choice!

Only problem we had was with the parking, we have quite a large car and it was sometimes difficult to move it on and off the drive as other cars had parked badly - not the fault of the B&B though.

All in all a great stay and would love to come back on our next visit to Dorset!

We have definitely enjoyed our stay in Rosscourt, hosts are friendly and definitely have a sense of taste in both decoration and their attention to guests. Non-intrusive but the attention is paid to all important details.

Good access to Bournemouth, Poole and New Forest beaches.

Will recommend this guest house to friends.
