If your looking for a B & B in the Bournemouth area look no further than the Park 24, a lovely homely atmosphere, great facilities, great owners and great food. You will not find better. Close to the city centre the beaches and the New Forest what more could you ask for, also even on business when I next come down to this area I will be staying here instead of a faceless and dull larger hotel

Room Tip: All rooms are perfect

My husband and I were celebrating our 1st Wedding Anniversary and so were looking for somewhere really special to stay and even though I knew The Park 24 was going to be amazing because of the fantastic reviews, it still managed to exceed our expectations.
The reception / hallway area is so beautiful and I felt like we were arriving at a 5* spa. There was relaxing music, beautiful flowers, stunning lighting and the place smelt wonderful.

We stayed in the Beaumont room which had a ludicrously comfy king size bed, an en suite with a fabulous shower which made you feel like you were stepping under a waterfall and an additional bathing room complete with a deep, roll top, double ended bath, low lighting, candles and a selection of bath bombs from lush. I had one of the most relaxing baths I've ever had which was finished off by wrapping up in gigantic soft white fluffy towel.

The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated in every room and is kept spotlessly clean. The garden is like a calming, magical oasis with beautiful flowers, a pond and water feature and a gorgeous adult friendly wendy house filled with bean bags that you can just melt into.

Breakfast was wholesome and scrummy, local thick hand cut bacon, whooper double yoked egg, real bread and a lovely selection of other goodies to try. Yum Yum Yum.
We were treated to a complimentary afternoon tea which we took out in the garden in the sunshine. The hot homemade scones and lashings of clotted cream were heavenly not to mention the perfect little homemade walnut cakes.

Fiona and Chris were wonderful hosts who really went out of their way to make our stay extra special and to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Fiona has a real eye for detail and a real talent for making everything look beautiful and classy. They operate an open house policy so we were free to use the garden and living room as we pleased and we were encouraged to relax and roam around in the fluffy white robes and slippers provided.

The Park 24 is situated in a beautiful quiet area of Bournemouth approx a 15 minute walk through a pretty park and woodland to the town centre.

Last but not least we have to mention Lula the Springer Spaniel and Henry the cat who also made us feel very welcome and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Thanks you so much for everything.

Superb hospitality. Chris and Fiona represent everything you would ever want in your hosts.... extraordinarily helpful when needed, but always giving space when necessary. Lovely bedroom, very well equipped; the living room makes you want to curl up with a good book; and the garden (and Wendy House) were stunning (especially with the amazing weather we had). Excellent breakfast with a large variety of possibilities.

Basically it was perfect in just about every way. We're already planning out next trip back.

I stayed here on a house hunting trip for a couple nights on my own as my husband was away. Fiona and Chris were perfect hosts and made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Fiona helped me with estate agents and gave good advice where to look. Breakfast was excellent and if we had not now bought a place in Poole we would be back. i would not hesitate to recommend this luxurious B&B to any one visiting Bournemouth or Poole. After a long days house hunting it was lovely to return to the quiet oasis that is The Park 24.

Just returned from a two night stay at The Park 24 what a gem of a find it is! We won't be staying anywhere else when we visit Bournemouth in future. Fiona and Chris where the perfect hosts, from the most amazing breakfast, to booking first class restaurants and taxis, nothing is too much trouble.. Their home is an oasis of calm you are welcomed in to. The high tea in the Wendy House was fab. Town is only a 10 minute walk away so no expensive parking charges. My advice...try it, you'll love it!

My partner & I wanted to take my mother away for her 75th birthday and her preferred location was Bournemouth. The Park 24 sounded ideal for a number of reasons: only two bedrooms are rented out, it is within walking distance of the town centre, and afternoon tea is laid on when you stay for 2 nights or more. Plus the house looked amazing on the website!

I can't do enough to sing the praises of this fantastic place. The owners/hosts - Fiona & Chris - made us feel as if we belonged there, and I must say Lula the dog and Henry the cat played a big part in that too! The accommodation was luxurious, the food amazing, and Fiona went out of her way to provide an excellent afternoon tea. She asked me in advance what my mother's favourite cake was, presented it to us with a candle, and hauled Chris into the living room to sing happy birthday to my mother!

I would love to visit in the summer and make use of the summerhouse in the garden.

I cannot fault this b&b and would highly recommend it.

Room Tip: There are only two rooms available, one with a king-size bed and one with a double. The king-size r...
