My parents & a large party werestaying at the Marsham, I went down to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday as a surprise. Due to cost I stayed round the corner Russell Court big mistake.
The staff here are all very happy & friendly which is always a good sign for overall running of a hotel. I came in & one of their treasures AKA Andy took me into the dining room where I had booked to have dinner. Needless to say my mother was shocked to see me. I had a lovely meal. The room that they had was huge in comparison to my shoe box which would have fitted in theirs at least 4 times over, so size wise would have been much cheaper. The whole ambiance of the hotel was old world but comfortable & friendly.
Parking was free but directions to carpark need a little clarification.
It was quite late when I went to leave & Andy asked me if someone could walk me to my hotel when I said no it was ok, he asked me to ring & let them know I had gotten back ok. how is that for service.
