We went to see Leona Lewis & were really pleased with our seats & the area for drinks etc before going in. One thing I would say is that it is amazing how many people arrive after a 7.30pm start people were still being seated at 8.40pm by us which is really annoying when you have to keep getting up to let them sit down, I think there should be a cut off point for late arrivals.

Have been to this venue for many years now for conference. Yes a great venue, however, the moan i have is the food pricing, a simple quick afternoon meal, one sandwich, one bag of crisp and a bottle of coke, £8.25, really is there any need? Alos the venue did not have all of its food outlets open on a day when the heavens opened and most of the delegates stayed indoors. Come on get into the real world. Will be having words with our conference team on this.

We went here for the big reunion show, and were highly impressed with the venue. We were up in the balcony but the seats were great, and there were lots of toilets, that were frequently checked. Very impressed, and would go back.

I've been to a couple of shows recentely and have had experience of a variety of arenas but this arena has to be one of my favourites.
It is located close to the centre of Bournemouth, the pier and the beach and is within walking distance of several hotels which is ideal if you don't want a long drive home after the show.
There seemed to be adequate space outside of the auditorium itself for people to wait although I don't know what this would have been like during an intermission.
We had seats on the balcony which gave us quite a good view but despite the signs people were stood up and you needed to stand up yourself to get a better view. The arena was small enough to give a more intimate atmosphere than some other arenas which was nice and the staff we encountered were friendly and polite.

The merchandise stand didn't accept credit/debit cards. I don't know if this was down to the tour itself but if you're planning on buying any merchandise it's worth ensuring you have sufficient cash as there was quite a long queue at the cash machine.
