“Great Stay”
Reviewed February 20, 2013

We stayed in the hotel from 17/02/2013 - 19/02/2013. Room was lovely and a real bargain, more than enough space for my daughter and me, our room was on the side of the hotel and I must admit we did not hear any noise apart from people leaving the car park in the morning, reception staff were very friendly and helpful especially when our heating broke, a heater was put in our room within the day. It was about a ten minute walk into the town centre but plenty of buses from outside the hotel if you prefer, beach was about 15 minutes walk if you cut through the park, loads to do, would definitely come back again.

On the advice of others (many thanks) we phoned ahead and requested top floor rear facing rooms at end of corridor and were allocated 424 and 428. Each with single and double beds. 428 is adjacent to fire escape and both were extremely quiet at night. If opening windows during the day there is some traffic noise from road but not intrusive. Much has been said about the relatively small car park. We only managed to get parked there at time of arrival. However, this is no big deal The Hotel is in a good area of Bournemouth and there is on-street parking 2/3 minutes away in Clarendon Road with 2-hours parking possible (no return within 1 hour) on Mon-Sat between 8am to 6pm so park after 4pm until 10am the next morning without any problem. And probably less likely to get your car damaged there than by squeezing it in the Hotel car park where people park on double-yellows, corners etc. The Hotel is mid-way between Bournemouth & Westbourne. For eating out, the latter is actually much nicer and has an upmarket feel which Bournemouth Town Centre doesn't have anymore. In conclusion, you can't go wrong with this Hotel. Especially at £19 per room per night

We found the room rather on the small side for a double room, the room would have been great as a single room but cramped as a double. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you have a room at the front it is noisy from traffic and pedestrians at night. Jury is out regarding the meal deal, as there are so many restaurants close by I would not bother with the meal deal at this Premier Inn. It is a ten minute walk to the beach but though the lovely chine close by. The hotel is clean but the room did look a little tired, almost as if it had been decorated in a hurry. Would I return to this Premier Inn, well only if there was an offer on, I would be dissapointed paying the full price.

Room Tip: Try not to get a room at the front as it is noisy. we stayed in 323, this was a front room so I spea...

We stayed in the Hotel on Saturday 16/02/13. My Daufhter an Partner went to see Litle Mix in BIC, while me and the 2 1/2 year old stayed in the Hotel for food. Hotel only a short walk able distance from Seaside and Town Centre, which is brilliant. We managed to get a Parking Space, but there are not many around. Staff was absolutly brilliant. Check in was quick, service in the Evening was great and breakfast next morning was plenty, great choice and as much as you like. Would defenetly stay again... Thanks

This is our fourth time staying here we were lucky with the parking as parking is limited. I was a disapointed with our room this time as it was a small double room more suitable for a single room as no room around the bottom of the bed/table.
But as useal staff very helpful and friendly

We arrived early evening and there were no parking spaces left which wasn't an issue as we parked on the double yellow lines within the car park and the receptionist gave us a note to put in our window. There are however a lot more spaces than are advertised on the hotel's website and you do not have to pay either which was a pleasant surprise. The room was good value, we paid £19 per night and stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting family and friends. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 5. We had a room on the 2nd floor. The bed was quite firm which is what we like and the kids had a two single beds. We were surprised to find the tv had all Freeview channels which was great. The bathroom was a little tired but was clean and there were no hairs in either the bath or sink which was a bonus as I HATE THAT especially if you are in a 4/5 star hotel!! The toilet was also very clean and there were no stains around the outside of the toilet. The bath was full size and deep which my kids loved and the shower was nice and powerful too with an abundance of piping hot water. :) Despite being on the main road, it wasn't too noisy. We had breakfast both mornings. Great selection of everything you would expect and you could order porridge or eggs made in different ways if you wanted. All the staff were pleasant and professional. We would definitely return to this hotel, although I wouldn't pay full price for a room here.

We arrived to find plenty of parking spaces I think the lady on the reception said 50 spaces to 165 rooms? Our room was small but ample for our 2 night stop. 10 minute walk into town. Although the hotel is on the main road there was no traffic noise. No internal noise. Plenty of towels but had to ask for more tea sugar and milk. Good storage space kettle and hairdryer. We stayed mid December 2012.
