I have always loved this place, wonderful views all around. Dog walking kite flying. Quite a big hill and usually windy but glorious if you don't mind that.

Easy-walking area on tarmac paths - great for able and disabled - when we were there the Disabled Ramblers arrived on a trip with their buggies. A couple of hours will take you through to Mudeford sandbank for a hot drink, then return to the car park. If the weather's good, a whole day could be spent on the beach...................not sure how safe the swimming is though - I recommend checking first!!

Clean, no loud radios, friendly dog walkers. Bracing walk, lots of parking. Good views, lots of nature

A great place to walk and blow the cobwebs away. Either take the 'noddy' train, or walk the river bank or road, either way is perfect!! Nice cafe at the end on the beach. Try to go out of season, or it can be just too busy
