“Excellent Stay”

We stayed here for 6 nights from the 6th August. This is the best Premier Inn I have stayed in. We had a sea view room with balcony room 508 which was fantastic, nice and spacious for the 3 of us with fantastic views from the balcony. Everything was good right from the warm welcome from reception to the very efficient cleaning staff. In a central location close to the shops, square and beach. Plenty of parking near by also. If you get a sea view room it is perfect location to watch the Friday night fireworks. We were so impressed we have booked to come back in October and will also be booking for next summer. We had a early fire alarm one morning set off by contractors working for another busness in the same block which was dealt with calmly and efficiantly. Thankyou Premier Inn Bournemouth Central We had a great stay.

Arrived on sunday 3rd, booked in for 6 nights.
On arrival, we were greeted by Mary who was very pleasant, helpful and had booked us into room 707! Well, what can i say....this room EXCEEDED our expectations! A seperate ajoining twin room to our lovely double room, so our 8 year old daughter had peace from her 1 year old brother when she wanted it.
The room was stunning, balconies all around, specatcular views and a bath as well as a shower to provide us with the most comfortable stay for the best part of a week :)
Breakfast was perfect- cut short on our first morning due to a technical fault from the ajoining business setting the hotels alarms off- a very professional evacuation, emergency services at the scene within minutes and an apology with a choice to continue breakfast with a longer time and an apology letter sent to all rooms from the manager- a lovely touch!
We loved spending time in our rooms which were spotlessly clean and tidy throughout our stay. upon waking on our last morning, we were greeted with a letter under the door thanking us for staying at this premier inn and wishing us well-again-another lovely touch!
We cannot fault the service of this hotel at all and are in the process of booking the same hotel for next year! Hopefully we can be allocated room 707 again!

The premier inn is very simple . The beds are comfy. average amount of room. It's not exciting its got free view TV . You have a kettle they provide tea , coffee and hot chocolate sachets - with sugar and milk if you want it.
It is right next to a beach so it is a win win . It's ok if you want it for a place to stay for the night and just the night. Forgot to mention the bathroom has a hot shower and bath. There is also a mirror and sink there they provide towels

Staff very helpful and friendly, hotel clean and in good repair. Room 801 fantastic - big for the kids to run round and play in and the separate bedroom for us invaluable. The bath in our room added a touch of luxury too! I would happily pay more to guarantee this room again. Mary on reception was great both on the phone and when we arrived and during our 4 day stay. She even posted the postcards I wanted to send on my behalf!! Breakfast was very good value for money for us - 2 adults and 2 boys 6 & 8. The boys loved going up to the buffet! (We even managed to pack up a sandwich each day for 'Miles' - a homeless chap who had a 'spot' on Westover Road just down from the hotel). We had one evening meal at the hotel restaurant and even though the service was a little slow the food was really good and the meal deal helped it to be good value for money. We had an unscheduled fire alarm on one morning at 8.15am (due to business next door setting alarms off) however the evacuation was calm and efficient and we were kept fully informed - James the manager even sent a letter to everyone apologising for the inconvenience! Overall we had a fantastic time and the location of this hotel is spot on. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay great!

One of the best Premier Inns we have stayed in. We were lucky enough to have a balcony over looking the pier, awesome view. The balcony room made this trip for us, to go back and have a drink or two with the peri view. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Even the early morning fire evacuation didn't spoil the week for us

Family room which had a balcony overlooking the pier with sea views. Lovely clean room, bathroom very modern and stylish. Perfect for our family mid week break and would highly recommend. First visit to Bournemouth will def return.

Good morning

This is my first time of using a Premier Inn.

For business and pleasure my family and colleges normally use ibis and or Novotel.

The promotional marketing and guest reviews on various web sites encouraged me to book Bournemouth Central Premier Inn. We are planning on doing some business in the area with the language schools.

I booked online but could only book 1 cot for my twins so I had to call. I was dealt with in a very professional and friendly way by April who assured me 2 cots would be in my room- they were thank you.

We arrived later then expected but check in was very smooth and again very friendly we did have to wait nearly 15 mins because the 1 lady checking in was busy dealing with a guest.
We were told that the hotel was fully booked.

Our room 400 was a perfect size and very clean.
But our room is located directly next to the main door to the landing which was not a soft closing door and the lift. The lift door and cables could be heard every time it was used from our room, this did not effect our babies night but wasn't to good for me.

Breakfast was fantastic

I will rate your hotel high and will consider this hotel again but if the only rooms available are next to the lifts I would have to consider another hotel.
