Kate and Trevor was very accommodating during our three day stop at their cozy farmhouse outside of Totnes. The breakfast had a wide variety of items, nothing missing, with organic choices.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom warm and inviting. The room had a very nice view, as well!

This is a strong recommendation.

We loved this place, a well hidden and quiet location, we booked here for two nights after being highly recommended by another B&B in Arundel and it was spot on. We were met by Kate and she showed us to the room we would be staying in, it was very clean and large and very comfortable. The en-suite was spotless and the shower was the best we came across in the 4 weeks of travelling in the U.K. and Italy.

Then there was breakfast in the conservatory, very relaxing, overlooking the part of the garden and the lawn. The fresh juices were tasty and uplifting especially the zinger, so good in fact; we bought a juicer the day after returning to Australia. The toast with cream cheese, cinnamon and honey was delicious but the poached eggs on toast were amazing, I could have easily had two serves. The yokes were orange and full of flavour, no doubt from the juicer scraps that Kate feeds to the chooks.

Kate is a great host with her bubbly personality; she gave us lots of advice about local restaurants and the things happening around town. With Trevor, the two girls and Moses (the pony), it was more like staying with family, nothing was too much trouble. This B&B is definitely one of the best and if we get back to the U.K. we will definitely be booking in here.

This is the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. A beautiful historic old house in lovely gardens. The rooms were pristine and very comfortable. The warmest welcome from Kate and Trevor, excellent breakfast with a superb choice and nothing too much trouble. We would have loved to stay longer. Lookinf forward to going back.

This is a wonderful B&B in a delightful rural location a short drive from both the centre of Totnes, and a characterful pub in nearby Harberton. You couldn't wish for kinder hosts than Kate and Trevor, and breakfast in the conservatory is a real treat - if, like us, you can't handle a fry-up every morning, Kate specialises in unusual and delicious juices and smoothies. We visit the area every year, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. We'd also recommend the New Walk Brasserie in the centre of town.
