well what can we say.we had a great break at this hotel.we arrived to a warm welcome.our cases were soon taken up to our rooms.we had two doubles and a single which were very clean and roomy including the single.very good room service every day.the meals were excellent, plenty to choose from daily and plenty of it!!!.all the staff were very pleasant and hard working to keep the hotel running.it was always busy in the restaurant but we never had to wait long for our meals they were on the ball all the time.!! nothing was too much trouble.cannot comment on the entertainment as with the hotel being on the harbour we went out every evening as the weather we has was so nice.4 very happy people!!!! we shall be without a doubt returning again

Just returned from a 5 day break with Alfa. Loved Torquay. Regina is a nice hotel situated right opposite the harbour, we had a nice sea view, only complaint was our bathroom was so small that a shower was more a chore than a pleasure, and we are not big people I might add, nice food, pleasant staff, friendly manager. The downside was that we did feel that the banter was not there when in the bar or ballroom that other Alfa hotels have, it may be because the one bar person was doing lots of jobs, Mark gave us the impression that he would rather not have been there. Apart from that a very enjoyable time was had. We had some nice trips out and Philip our driver was a star as usual, what a nice guy, I hope Alfa appreciate him, he always makes a trip really good and enjoyable.

Just returned from a weeks coach trip with Alfa travel to this hotel, had a really great time at a bargain price. Hotel right on the harbour with great views, 5mins from shops bars buses etc, are definitely going to book again. Hotel really clean, staff really pleasant and food brilliant for what we paid. Miss it already :(

Room Tip: Room 17 first floor, gorgeous view of boats in harbour, lovely to sit at window and people watch, on...

The hotel were friendly and helpful. All meals were beautifully prresented ,and all served by their willing and friendly staff.entertainment was on 3 nights ,and each artist was good to listen to.Our rooms were. Clean and tidy ,but the paint work was looking scruffy. But the food and staff outweighed all that by 100%.Also we had a Alfa driver and he looked after us very well.We stayed from 8th to 11th of April.2013

Room Tip: Ask to see the room before you decide wether you will take it.
