My husband and I stayed for a four night break. We had stayed here two years ago and the standard was just as high. Everywhere was spotless, the breakfasts were well presented and nothing was too much trouble for Glyn and Aida. The hotel is situated conveniently for local shops, places to eat and a good bus service nearby. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

My sister and I sadly had to make an unscheduled trip to Torquay after the death of our father. We took pot luck with the hotel, looking for convenience of location above everything. Our choice could not have been better . Glyn and Aida are superb hosts. They very quickly understood our situation and considerately made every accommodation they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible including allowing us to take over their personal lounge for one evening to meet and talk with the Minister. They were also able to accommodate further family members who came later for the funeral.

I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a traditional hotel with a sensitive service. Thankyou Glyn and Aida for masking what was a very sad trip into a more pleasant experience.

We stayed with Glynn & Aida for 2 nights and our stay was just delightful. We were upgraded immediately to suit my husband's needs and the welcome from Aida was warm and friendly she even made us a cup of tea as we enjoyed the garden by the pool. Glynn supplied helpful information on local attractions and recommendations for places to eat and after trying one he was spot on! Glynn and Aida provide an excellent service with a delicious breakfast each morning with all food locally sourced and freshly cooked. The hotel is clean, cosy and ideally situated. I would highly recommend Babbacombe Hall Hotel.

We stayed for a week in July at the above and this is the third year we have stopped at Babbacombe Hall. We found the premises had been extensively decorated since our last visit and a new reception/office area is a big improvement. Glynn and Aida are very friendly and certainly make you feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and kept very clean. The breakfasts are very good and set you up for the day. There is ample off road parking and the shops, pubs and restaurants are all nearby. All in all another excellent holiday and we would certainly recommend anyone to stay there.
