Excellent walk through this quaint village with lots of thatched roof cottages. Lovely tea shop with plenty to choose from.

“COCKINGTON VISIT.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 11, 2012

This is well worth a visit, preferably when it is not raining! There is a cafe selling home-made cakes, which is very clean.
We would allow more time for a second visit here.

“Stepping into a forgotten time”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 19, 2012

It's a lovely place to walk around regardless of the weather. The place seem untouched and is a pure historical gem and reminder of how things used to be. Fascinating place to visit.

“A little gem in Torquay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2012

We visit Cockington every time we visit Torquay and love going. The grounds are spectacular in Autumn and the craft shops and tea rooms are delightful. The highlight is always watching the glassblowers and this time we even started the Christmas shopping.
Great place to spend an afternoon
