pebbles but interesting nooks and crannies, sheltered and a fair amount of wildlife, even better when eating ice cream from seller nearby!

Modestly sandy beach, though you do get a great view of the posh end of Torbay (Brixham). No beach to speak of at high tide.

The view from the beach cafe is one of the best views I have ever seen. The cafe is run by three very friendly and helpful young ladies. They offer snack type food as well as something a little more substantial freshly cooked to order and you can enjoy a glass of wine with your meal. It is so relaxing to sit and gaze across Torbay listening to the waves on the beach below. The beach itself is a mixture of shingle and stones not ideal for barefeet. The beach is good for swimming. Deck chairs and sun loungers can be hired at reasonable prices as can beach cabins.
