“Well kept and picturesque”
Reviewed October 4, 2012 via mobile

The inner harbour is a lovely place to chill out and relax, it's clean, plenty of seating areas, lovely cafe s and restaurants to suit all pockets. You can buy fresh shell fish, or watch the boats. Literally one minute from the main shopping area. Beautiful views over the bay, and in season the harvester has a great roof dining area... Oh and don't forget we have palm trees!

“So pretty”
Reviewed October 2, 2012

We loved seeing all the boats down there and were so lucky with the weather for our short stay. Appreciated it particularly as some parts of the country were suffering horrific floods.

Really enjoyed strolling along by the harbour day and evening time.

“Boats galore.”
Reviewed September 23, 2012

several years since i was last in Torquay, the harbour has really grown in size with plenty of private mooring craft , some really expensive boats of all kinds. It has become very cosmopolitan with it's many bars and cafes, a good and cheap place to sit and eat is the Harvester ,with it's large rooftop terrace overlooking all the harbour.Plenty of good cheap boat trips leave from here, to Brixham, believe it or not, £2 return, Dartmouyh £5 return ,with stop over,. All buses to most destinations leave right by harbour to.

By day it's a great place to browse the lovely new upmarket gift shops and galleries.

By night it comes alive with Bars and Restaurants catering for every taste and budget.
