We found the B & B to be in excellent condition and the friendliness and efficiency of Andrew and Lisa was second to none. Would highly recommend to others and hopefully we will be back soon.

Stayed at Kethla House for one night and thought it was ok.. we were told amongst other information that there was a new macerator toilet in the ensuite bathroom which would make a noise after flushing and that we should only put toilet paper down there, no wet ones or cotton buds..there was no warning or information in the bathroom. Two days after leaving the hotel I had an email from the hotel to say that an engineer had been called out because toilet was making a noise and 3 face wipes were found so £68.40 had been taken from my bank account for damage! This was without my knowledge or permission. If you stay here just be careful you dont put a face wipe down the toilet so that money is then taken from your account for so called 'damage'. Felt upset and disgusted! Would never stay there again!

There were 18 of us on an extended family trip, Lisa and Andy were brilliant hosts, we were a handful to deal with at the best of time, but the service was better than the four stars that hang on the award in the hall. We had two babies and 6 children but this was no problem for Lisa and Andy . .dispite us all turning up for breakfast at the same time every day. The rooms are of an excellent standard, and very clean and tidy. We will definately be returning there many more times to come. The accomodation its self sits in a very convenient location . . .far enough from the town to be nice and quite, but close enough to be on the beach or rock walk in 5 mins or the top of the town in 6 mins. booking for a stay here will not disapoint you.
