A delightful small hotel in good location close enough to walk to the harbour and beach. Reasonable size room with small but perfectly adequate en suite with shower and all very clean. We were fortunate to have the top floor room with a balcony just big enough to sit outside and great views over Torquay. Even the weather was lovely! The couple who run the hotel were very friendly and welcoming and gave great advice on the best places to eat and visit locally. Would recommend and would certainly stay there again.

just comeback from a weeks stay at braddon hall couldnt fault the people or the hotel had a lovely week and would definately go back, on arrival from a very long journey from manchester we had a pick of 2 rooms 8&10 we choose 8 the view was better, the only thing i didnt like was the car park, with a big car it was a bit nerving how to get up the hill,
not to worry wayne the owner did it for us parked the car up and there it stayed for a week.
if you needed any info from where to eat or a day trip wayne could tell you the best places to visit, breakfast was a must, set you up for the day, would definately recommend the full english, lots of cereal, fruit juice &fresh fruit and preserves.hope to go back again.

we stayed for 5 nights Wayne and Debbie are lovely and very helpful people, the hotel is nipping clean and the breakfast was beautiful. The hotel is on a slight bank but its close to all amenities .
During our trip down we had a minor accident damaging the car but not ourselves,on arriving the owners could not have been more helpfull even offering to drive us wherever we needed to go to repair the damage.
We were given the choice of two rooms and we decided on a airy room with a balcony and view it was very clean and pleasant. The bathroom was small but not a problem and it was our own choice.
There are no doubt 'fancier' Hotels in Torqauy but I doubt any are more welcoming and we hope to stay again

We have returned home this evening from a three night stay at the Braddon Hall Hotel. It is centrally located, but also in a quiet road so we were not disturbed at night. We were made extremely welcome. The room was clean with great views. The bathroom a little small, but adequate and above all clean. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order with local sourced products. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and they were very knowledgable on the area. Great value for money. If you are going to visit Torquay you will not go far wrong booking a stay at this hotel.

Smallest room I've ever stayed at, hardly enough space to put the luggage. Bathroom about the size of a standard wardrobe - it was virtually impossible to close the door whilst inside. "Power" shower didn't work - produced a mere trickle and constantly changed from cold to piping hot, effectively rendering it completely useless. Bed way too short for a 6ft2 person. In summary - stay clear of single rooms. At least I got a very good deal through Laterooms.com. Shame though, really - the people seemed very nice and the house was clean and well located.

I wish people would read the description of the room before booking with laterooms. it say budget compact single room good for 1 night max 2 night stay. £28.00 anight incl breakfast and tea coffee facilities and freeview tv and FreeWI-FI and small en-suite. I feel a very good price. Also out of that price we have commision for late rooms and as the gentleman stayed for 1 night we have laundry towel etc so not a great i t be made. Also it is a standard single bed unfortunatly this gentleman was 6ft 2.

we stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon, the owners were fantastic and very helpful, the marina was about 5 min walk, there is a lot to do and different restaurants in easy reach.
would stay here again.
