Very beautiful bed and breakfast! nice tidy and clean rooms, very well presented, and very welcoming and friendly staff.

Freshly prepared full english breakfast.

Very close to both train station and city centre. 20 minutes walk from the city centre and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Thank you Julie and John for your warm welcome. My friends and I stayed for just one night and were met at the station by John and warmly welcomed by both Julie and John - a nice cuppa on arrival. They gave us all the information we needed for our short stay in Torquay. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant and really set us up for a day walking and shopping. John was even kind enough to take us back to the station.
Thank you both so much. Lynda, Janet and Beatrice

Thanks to Julie and John for a very nice stay down in Torquay. They really went out of their way to make my family and me feel welcome, from the welcoming pot of tea on arrival, to the supply of kid's yoghurt with breakfast, to not minding at all when my two-and-a-half year old daughter had an 'accident' in the bed. Everything was really great, and the price was excellent value too.

My husband and I chose this hotel because of the reviews on Trip Advisor. So glad we did. I booked our room over the phone with Julie as I wanted to request a vegetarian breakfast. Breakfast was amazing. I had cereal, toast and a cooked breakfast which consisited of vegetarian sauasges and the usual hash browns etc. There was so much of it. I loved her scrambled eggs. She also supplied decaff coffe which I was really chuffed about. We were so full up that we didn't need lunch. They also supplied fruit and yoghurt if you could fit it in.
Our room was lovely. The decor was tastefully done. Julie did warn me that the ensuite was small in our room but I couldn't find fault with it. The room had all the facilities that you could wish for. There was even a box of chocolates when we arrived which was fantastic for two chocoholics!
The room and the house were spotlessly clean. There is nothing negative that we can say about our stay. John and Julie were fantastic and welcoming. They were very professional. It was my first trip to Torquay. We will definitely stay with them again. Great value for money.

We stayed on a Saturday night, impressive welcome with tea/coffee. Julie and John were very friendly and professional. Good location for local bus route and parking. For the money we couldn't fault it.
