We hopped on the 32 bus from Torquay and got off st marychuch and visited Tessler Gardens which were very relaxing. We then took a picnic o the downs and found a sheltered spot under a tree.we picked up the coastal walk and were rewarded by some fantastic views and spent some time in Ansteys Cove which was wonderful. Walked back to Babbacombe and spent the evening at the Babbacombe Inn in the outside area with some colourful displays. Our food was tasty and good value. Great place for all ages with play area for kiddies. Lots of choice for eating and drinking for all tastes.

We went here for an afternoon visit and had a pleasant walk along the cliff top. Then we took a ride in the cliff top railway down to the beach and had another walk along to the next cove.
Not a lot to do here but OK if the sun shines.

Lovely little beach, gorgeous icecream. However the drive down and out is very scarely. Very narrow and very steep!

Babbacombe beach is a pretty spot to stop, lots of restaurants and shops. You can sit along the green by the cliffs. We stopped here on holiday for a while, whilst getting some fish and chips from Hanbury's. Nice little beauty spot.
