If you want a view then this is the place to come. Sitting above very steep cliffs, there are plenty of places to eat & drink here. For the less able, the cliff railway takes you safely to the bottom, where you will find Oddicombe Beach, a secluded, pretty beach with a cafe. Plenty of walks, you can walk to Babbacombe Beach, which at the other end of Babbacombe, where you will find a very good pub. Off season it is a favourite with dog walkers.
A word of warning though!
During the Winter the northern end of the beach has suffered massive cliff erosion & some large falls occurred which has led the Council to partially close one end of Oddicombe as a safety precaution. It is unknown how long this may last.
