The owner Nick is a wonderful host, and the staff were very welcoming, and efficient.
Both the service and food were faultless - a jug of water with ice and lemon was brought to the table without having to ask, as was the bread - beautifully fresh and warm, my fish soup and fish pie were perfect, and my friend chose the smoked salmon pate with melba toast to start, had the fish pie followed by a pud which was superbly presented - and the spun sugar which decorated it was fantastic. Incredible value for £, well done Nick!
