we arrived outside the hotel in a fully laden 4WD with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys, just as a porter was depositing his trolley by the front door. Did he ask us if we needed any assistance? Not a chance, one look and he was off. Check in was reasonably painless but no explanation of the hotel`s features, which I would have thought were Hospitality 101 once you find out there is no guest services literature in the room. The bathrooms are clean but the rooms are old, dated , worn and shabby. When I tried to book a table in the restaurant at reception, I was told they only have the booking sheet until 5.30pm, I asked if there was a number I could call but was politely told I'd have to book at the restaurant. Not so bad but then had to wait 10 mins to make a booking! We've been here 2 hours. Don't know if we will last 2 nights!More to come.

Room Tip: On first impressions, choose another hotel.

Returned after long break. Hotel a little tired and dated, but still full of old fashioned charm!! Ideal for families too. Would like to see this grand old lady restored to her former glory, but ideal for comfortable stay over.

We recently spent two nights in this beautiful hotel. The Hotel has a wonderful sea views and the rooms are lovely spacious and very clean. We were very fortunate to get an upgrade to A Bridal Suite which was wonderful!!!! Large Bedroon with Four Poster Bed, Large Living, Dining Area, Beautiful Bathroom and a Large Terrace which had the most fantastic views lovely chilling out on Sunbeds. The food was superb for both Breakfast & Dinner and the views from the Dining Room were wonderful.
The staff were welcoming, friendly, and service was excellent.
The Leisure facilities were excellent outdoor and indoor pool, steam room, sauna, gym but did not get to use any of the treatment facilities sadly!!!!maybe next time when we return for hopefully another enjoyable stay.

This is a lovely Hotel with fabulous sea views, spacious rooms, friendly staff and all kept very clean, sitting on top of a very steep hill it is not an easy place to walk to and from.

We stayed for five nights bed and breakfast because we enjoy eating in different establishments, I am so glad we didn't book half board. We ate in the hotel restauraunt on the first night the food was good but the menu fairly restricted for choice. On viewing the menu for the rest of our stay the menu changed only one dish over the five nights.

Breakfast offered a good range but the fried eggs were cooked in large batches and the yolks were hard.

A final thing to be aware of, on checking out a number of the people in front of us were experiencing problems of items being charged for that they had not had. When we checked out our bill also contained extra items, the bill was corrected but I wondered how many people failed to notice and paid over the odds for their stay

Not a bad stay overall though we most likely will not return.

Room Tip: Try and get a room with a sea view and a balcony

We recently enjoyed a three night long weekend break at this hotel, and were wowed by the outstanding sea views and excellent food served for dinner and brekfast.
We had a sea view room and sat out on the balcony each morning, what a way to start the day, would recommend to all.

Room Tip: choose a sea facing room well worth the extra money
