Great exhibition on WWII other displays reasonably interesting.
I hope it does not loose funding .
It is nice to see that Torquay has it's own museum.

The entrance fee will give you a years membership. Great value. The displays are changed on a regular basis. Super for those rainy days.

After a visit to the ww2 exhibition which was very good we had lunch in the cafe. Food was very good using local produce. We enjoyed sausage and mash and lasagne both very nicely presented. Service was friendly and prices reasonable. £19.98 for the above, tea, coffee and a large cookie to take home

Always pop in to the shop even if I haven't time to see the museum. Thry have the most interesting leaflets - this time I piked up several Civic Society leaflets linked to famous people of the past or specific buildings. This time I bought the small booklet about the Brinels in Torbay - an excellent read. Aldo look out for the 1906 edition of the area (large scale). Really shows you how Torquay has changed. Great staff too

This museum is good value and the Hercule Poirot and Agatha Christie exhibits are interesting, the sets from Poirot's study and living room were donated by the TV company after filming the last episode of the popular series.
