Had a meal here last night. Great location overlooking the harbour. The food was gorgeous, freshly made & really generous portions. They had a band playing later in the evening which were really good & the atmosphere was fab. Definitely a favourite spot in the area

Me and my husband and another married couple came here last night. I'd just like to say the food the service the atmosphere was all spot on. We are her edit the week and will defiantly be back before we go home by the end of the week. I had the chicken Caesar salad and my husband had the sea bass and we couldn't fault the meals at all. The waitress that served us was lovely blonde girl and made us feel very comfortable and was interested in us as customers and my husband even got a cheeky dance with her when live music started. Ten out of ten

Excellent food, good portions, and good value for money. Would definitely go there again. I am really fussy about where I eat, this had a great atmosphere, felt like you were in Europe mingling with the locals, lovely views.

On a beautiful evening we went along to offshore for a meal. High quality food and drink provided in an extremely relaxed atmosphere. Live music added to a good night. Be back soon.

Stopped off here for a brief respite on a beautiful walk with my pooch. I hadn't eaten breakfast and just fancied a bacon on toast and a cappuccino before heading back home prior to the days activities. It is a place your order at the bar here's a table number type establishment, which there is nothing wrong with I my add. However why do they insist on placing the sternest faced member of staff on the till front of house? I was faced with this rather cross looking woman who couldn't understand me when I said " a bacon in toast and a regular cappuccino please" I can't understand was the reply. Now granted I'm from up north and I forgot to add the south Devon twang plus " my luuuuvveeerrr" at the end. Joking aside I asked again only for her to respond " what you want a bacon sandwich"? No I said that bread and I would like toast. Maybe it's a cultural thing? Anyway my food arrived shortly afterwards not before I was served the weirdest cappuccino I've ever had. It was basically a latte come milky coffee, no foam in sight and it was hotter than the surface of the SUN! I kid you not, I added a set of burnt lips and tongue to my already puffy red lobster like skin. At first glance it looked very nice and plenty of crispy bacon, 4 rashers in fact , very generous. Again to match the weird coffee I can only assume that the chef has delusions of grandeur and wants to follow in marco Pierre white footsteps. One piece on toast in the middle with two rashers abreast it. Then another slice cut on the diagonal either side with its own rasher placed atop. I'm all for presentation but come on its a bacon butty oops sorry bacon on toast for gods sake and this format left little room for manoeuvre when trying to actually eat the thing with my hands! And to spoil what should have been a nice experience BUTTER! As they say " gold in colour and slippery to the touch" the toast had been drowned in that much bloody butter it was like eating fried bread. I also have to say that it looked better than it tasted. With the bacon, although well cooked tasteless that not even a sachet of brown sauce could revive. So lets sum this one up.. A very greasy bacon on toast washed down with the hottest milkiest coffee I've ever experienced for the princely sum of just under £7.00. Now you may think this reasonable but from what I'd seen around Torquay full english's were a plenty for under a fiver so it was certainly not good value let alone good taste. This place looks all very nice near the harbour and when the sun is shining but believe me there got to be better than this.
