Not very big but was interesting and good value for money, there is a good quiz sheet for the Kids to fill in.

“We loved it - Good for big kids”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 10, 2012

We visited this at Easter (Sorry about the delay in writing a review), we walked in after reading a few bad reviews on here but thought we'd give it a go anyway as we are two big kids that love dinosaurs.
When we walked in we were asked if we would like to help solve the easter egg hunt... Of course we wanted to help find all the missing easter eggs and find out who had stolen them...
We went around the Dino world having oodles of fun and taking lots of photos ON the exhibits (we were allowed!).
At the end of the of the exhibits we had our answers marked and got a whooping 25 out of 25 and were rewarded with a certificate and badge that we are very proud of. We also got a photo of us on the dinosaur at the end.
Now... I'm aware that most couples aren't like us - but this is definitely entertaining for kids and if you are willing to let go and act like a kid then you will also love it.
We would definitely go back as soon as we are in the area again.
ps the staff are amazing - I recon they are trained Butlins Red Coats! haha.

“very imformative”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 1, 2012

The day we visited, the weather was atrocious, so everyone decided to visit to get out of the rain. There was quite a backlog so some people were asked and agreed to come back later. One problem is that there is not enough room for buggies and people when trying to see and read the info. I particularly liked the individual dinosaurs names being broken down making it easier for children to pronounce the names. The quiz also is a good idea, and the certificate at the end.

“Hmmm...did we miss it?”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2012

Well...what can i say?! We dived in here as we were sheltering from torrential rain in Torquay harbour, and for what we paid to get in, I think they saw us coming! To be honest, we've been to better...the place is quite small, and its only the quiz the kids did that kept us there so long! we arrived soaked to the skin and the man on the door offered us the toilets to dry off - facilities were very basic and we left as we arrived unfortunately, still soaked!!! wouldn't recommend based on cost
