“Brilliant family run hotel - Highly recommended”
Reviewed July 22, 2013 via mobile

Me and my aunty stayed here from Friday 19th July till Monday 22nd, and i must say, we were outstanded by the quality of the hotel and the service we received whilst we were there. The staff onsite at this hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms we stayed in were decorated to a high quality and i found the beds to be very comfortable. The atmosphere at this hotel is very nice, we felt comfortable whilst we were here. Overall i couldnt give the hotel a better review, i will definitely be coming back in the near future. Closing statement: Best hotel we've stopped in by long shot. Thankyou Seabury hotel :)

have just had a wonderful holiday at the seabury, from the moment we got there it was first class all the way, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is run by denise and her family ,and you can tell this from the service you recieve. I have to have a gluten free diet, I informed them of this via e mail, and told this was not a problem, my dietery needs were discussed with me on a daily basis. When we wanted a taxi into torquay Denise took us, I would recommend this hotelto anyone , you would not get treated any better in a 4 class hotel, well done to Denise and family for all the effort they put in to make your holiday perfect

Very impressed with this little hotel. Made to feel very welcome. Well run and a credit to the family who own it. Situated in a lovely quiet area away from the noise of Torquay.

Shops just up the road. Good bus service. Many lovely walks around with fantastic views.

Babbacombe/St. Marychurch is a nice spot, the downs are nearby and worth the walk for the view. Would have stayed longer............never did make it down to Oddicombe beach..............the pool was too good.

Pool very nice and surrounds very relaxing. Did not feel crowded at any point.

Rooms very good and bedding/curtains very classy. Beds too comfortable!!!!!! Bedrooms very light and airy. Breakfast was fantastic and thanks to the girls serving/doing the rooms - very friendly and helpful.

Very attractive place and great maintenance/care to the property.

Great conversations with the family.

As a solo female I felt very safe there.

If you want a good nights sleep and a good rest, then this place is it - very quiet and relaxing. Easy to get into Torquay centre/marina etc. Just walking around this area is relaxing and interesting.

For the area, this little hotel is fantastic value for money.

'nuf said.................................full marks.

To logariasmo parakalo !!!!

Room Tip: Room 17 is away from others and quiet - overlooking the pool area. I could hear the birds singing in...

Our 2nd time at this brilliant family run hotel, Stayed in the same room which is very nice and comfortable for us all, food was excellent in which they give you quality and quantity, the service was fantastic and nothing was any trouble to them they just make it feel like you are in your own home, we all had a super time the weather was also on our side so we could spend plenty of time in the pool, our kids can't wait to go back as we have already booked for next year, we would recommend The Seabury to anybody if you are considering staying in and around Torquay.
