Stayed for 3 nights, as always was not disappointed. Excellent facilities, great staff and we were given a room in the new block at the back which was very quiHad 2 meals in Beefeater attatched which were great value for money and generous portions, especially puddings! We will be staying again as soon as possible, well done premier inn and thank you to all staff.

Stayed at the premier inn for a night , hotel it's self / and restaurant were great , good location . Shame the bed was a hard orthopaedic bed ( was told , by a receptionist best orthopaedic beds you could buy ) , but this was in the new part of the builbing , older part may have softer beds , found the sofa more comfortable.
Car parking limited , but a large public car park near by.

We have stayed at many premier inn's all over the UK from the most northern to most southern so we know what to expect. Here in Torquay we paid £29 for a good size room with additional bed settee. It was free parking and just a short stroll into the town centre. In view of the heavy rain we ate in the bar and had a terrific meal. Service was excellent.

Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is really superb value.

We got an upgrade as soon as we got there and had on the biggest rooms. So spacious and clean, comfortable beds, two adults, two children. Breakfast is busy but tasty. The food a the Weatherspoon is delicious and very good value especially with their special Meal Deal. However, the restaurant gets so buys at the weekend that parking becomes a problem, even with the overflow parking.

Beautiful views form our bedroom window and literally, two minutes walk to the beach and 10 to the town centre. Will go back for sure!

Staff were always helpful and smiley!

Room Tip: Get the corner rooms in the new annexe.

Hotel staff were welcoming, annex was modern and room well up to standard (though bathroom lacked an electric shaving point). Views were stupendous from hotel and right on front near Marina & Town. Breakfasts were very good and had an excellent dinner in The Beefeater with friends.

Car parking tight at night and hotel heavily used by contractors and builders with big vans and big doors in car spaces, so a little nervous about our Audi overnight.

Fantastic value, having booked online at a reduced rate and no complaints at all and would certainly use again in future.

Room Tip: Sea view for a small permium
