“Pretty good burger”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 30, 2012

Decided to try Hang Ten today and was pleasantly surprised. Burgers were well seasoned and the bread was great. Service was ok. The chef/cook needs to put some more unf into his work thou. Being an open kitchen needs to smile more or look enthusiastic. As to one of the comments above. You are clueless. What has health and safety got to do with anything. And the EHO would be more than happy with the workings of the restaurant. As long as there logs are filled in. Wink Wink. Keep it up

“Could be better”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 12, 2012

Could be so good but they made several critical errors, the first is that they overcooked the burger, both patties were meaty and well seasoned, but they had been overcooked and were chewy. The second was that one leaf of lettuce, one slice of tomato, a bit of red onion and a slice of cheese does not make for a lavish accompaniment to a burger, was there any mustard? Ketchup? relish? Nope

The chips were hand cut and sadly, were soggy when I got them and soggy when I got them home so no excuse, just cook them a tad longer, it's not difficult, but you did ask if I wanted Ketchup on them, hmmm.

So, to reprise, ask your customer how they want their burger, medium? well-done?
and be a bit more generous with the salad (if Burger King can do it why can't you?)
and lastly, cook the chips a tad longer.

“Best place in town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 8, 2012

Had the most amazing homemade food the burgers are out of this world. My children are the most harshest critics and they cleaned their plates!! Friendly atmosphere, clean. Reminds me of the food when I was younger. They are definately my favourite cafe in town

“Best Burger in Plymouth”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 8, 2012

We tried a couple of different burgers, made fresh for us.
The quality of the meat was very apparent, and the rest of the ingredients were of the highest standard. Very nice experience. Had a good chat with new owner and he obviously very passionate about his food.
Will come again.
