“some parts great-some parts not great.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2013

We joined the trail in Tavistock on the newly re-built Drakes trail, this was brill it joins the Plym valley trail in Clearbrook and is really bad surface but I did see signs that the council are trying to apply for planning permission to get the ground better, at the moment its very rough and slippery. The Plym valley trail is wonderful and well worth doing, start in Plymouth and its all uphill but downhill on the way back....wonderful.

“Pretty cycle ride through the woods”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2013

This route is well paved, is gentle enough for most cyclists and goes through some pretty woodland. There is a ample parking at the starting point and people can choose to cycle up a shallow but steady gradient towards Clearbrook or alongside the newly restored railway into Plympton. The latter route is flat and short but much less interesting.

“Nice bike ride”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 13, 2013

The ride up to the pub is enough to get the heart going and deserving of a pub lunch. Slightly down hill on the way back so easy on a full stomach.
