Very friendly staff, great location and an extremely good breakfast. Well located for the Hoe, Barbican and pavilions. Staff were friendly and informative. We had a small room on the top floor of the hotel. 58 steps to the top, but room was perfect for our needs. Would recommend this place.

Room tip: There is no lift so if you have mobility problems ensure you are on a low floor

Only stayed 1 night for a trip to the Plymouth Pavilions (in easy walking distance), but would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Staff and owner extremely welcoming, polite and more than happy to help and accommodate. The whole hotel is very well kept, clean, bright and very comfortable.
Staff offered and happy to open the restaurant early so we could have a proper meal without rushing ahead of the theatre. Food was delicious, beautifully presented and very reasonable.
Beds are very comfortable, had a great night's sleep!
A very affordable, friendly hotel providing service, cleanliness and comfort way above expectations.
Thank you!

Fabulous, fabulous! Comfort in abundance in our front-facing room and wonderfully helpful and friendly owners and staff. The location was excellent, parking no problem and the dining, in the opinion of committed 'foodies' was exceptional.Congratulations and Thank you to the Chef and Owner/Managers.

Lovely, welcoming staff, comfortable room upgraded at no extra cost. Wonderful breakfast, plenty of choice and served piping hot. The room was very tastefully decorated. Jacuzzi en-suite bath. Extremely clean throughout. Very easy access to Plymouth city centre & historic Plymouth Hoe.

Room tip: There is no lift to the first & second floors

Wonderful one night stay here 20th July. We stayed on the top floor in a small but very clean, well maintained room with a lovely view towards the Hoe. Only a 5 minute walk to Plymouth centre.Room very warm but mobile fan provided by bed so not a big problem. Tasty cooked breakfast also nice choice of cereal and yoghurt. The hotels one outstanding feature is the friendliness of the staff. We were always acknowledged with a smile or comment by all.Would stay again.
